We're looking for a Small Business Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings a strong sense of accountability, decisiveness, and customer-first thinking. In this role, youβll take ownership of your territory and drive new business by connecting with small businesses and helping them discover how EasyLlama can transform their compliance training. You'll be persuasive in your communication, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and maintain a consistent commitment to growth, for yourself and your customers.
As the Small Business Account Executive, you will identify, engage, and close new small business opportunities to exceed monthly sales quotas, become an expert in EasyLlamaβs suite of products to effectively position customer value, own the sales process end-to-end from prospecting to proposal creation and closing. You will also maintain an accurate pipeline and CRM hygiene to support visibility and forecasting.
