Director of Customer Onboarding

As the Director of Customer Onboarding at Deel, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing payroll implementations for customers globally. You will lead a team of Customer Onboarding Managers, collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless, efficient, and compliant payroll implementations for multinational organizations. In this role, you will ensure the successful integration and configuration of payroll solutions, guaranteeing that client payrolls are processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with local, national, and international regulations. This role requires deep knowledge of global payroll processes, system implementation, and client service.
