The Senior Proposal Manager will lead and elevate proposal development and strategic input across all four business sectors. Responsible for managing strategic pursuits, developing winning proposal content, and leading teams through the entire pursuit lifecycle. This position serves as a strategic partner to Sector VPs, Operations, and Business Development staff.

Shape proposal systems and processes across the company, supporting complex infrastructure pursuits, guiding cross-functional teams. Lead and manage proposal development from RFQ to final RFP, including shortlist and interview phases.

• Lead proposal efforts to improve government services.
• Build proposal management processes and curate core content.
• Help Nava understand and navigate federal, state, and local procurement processes.

• Serve as a writer for proposal technical and management volumes primarily in support of Defense, Aerospace and other government agency opportunities.
• Research, organize, draft, and edit technical proposals and ensure they are clear, compliant, and compelling.
• Tailor/re-purpose archived content to meet similar requirements and draft responses to Government Requests for Information (RFI) or Sources Sought (SS).
