Job Description
Strategic Responsibilities: Co-Lead with Sectors strategy, Go/No-Go participation, client intel, competitive positioning, and winning themes. Support Sector VPs and BD teams in Middle Game/prepositioning efforts. Align pursuits with sector growth plans through coordination with operations and technical staff.
Management Responsibilities: Manage full proposal lifecycle including interviews. Lead kickoff meetings, strategy sessions, reviews, and compliance checks. Write, Edit and Interview technical sections.
QA/Compliance: Facilitate and lead Color Reviews (Green/Red/Gold Teams). Perform QA/QC for accuracy, clarity, compliance, and brand alignment. Ensure all RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements are fully addressed with no compliance gaps.
