Develop the strategy and drive DoorDash’s ethics and compliance function to ensure our policies, processes, and frameworks meet the required ethical standards. Work cross-functionally across various regional compliance teams and business units to align on ethics and compliance policy development and propagation. This will be a highly visible role where you will work with executive leadership to report on the health of the ethics and compliance function, mature the program over time, and foster a robust organizational ‘speak up’ culture.
Set and champion the vision for the ethics and compliance program, including developing objectives and key results for this function. Enhance protocols for receiving, documenting, and responding to ethics-related violations and conflict of interest reports, ensuring a commitment to transparency, confidentiality, and accountability.
