Engineering Manager, ML Feature Platform

Lead the team responsible for building and scaling the core feature store that powers machine learning across Reddit. This role will directly shape how hundreds of millions of users discover content and connect with communities. Responsibilities include leading the design and long-term evolution of Reddit’s ML Feature Store and Feature Engineering infrastructure, driving high-impact projects aligned with Reddit’s engineering and business goals, and building a high-performing team with a culture of technical excellence. The role also involves establishing best practices for machine learning features and partnering with AI Serving, ML Training, and Infrastructure teams to enhance ML capabilities.
