The Director of Marketing Operations will build the systems, processes, and insights that power a world-class marketing team. You’ll partner closely with marketing, sales, analytics and finance to drive operational excellence, ensure data-driven decisions, and enable predictable revenue growth.
As a Director, Marketing Operations at Vanta, you will lead all global marketing operations including technology, operational and demand gen strategy. You'll develop, implement, and optimize processes and cadences to drive alignment across sales, analytics and marketing teams. This role also involves hiring, developing, and mentoring a high-performing team of operators and optimizing the marketing tech stack.
