Job Description
Lead the development and management of the digital products. Will report to the Vice President of User Experience and Design. Be a strong lead product thinker, a proficient individual contributor, and someone passionate about designing human-centered products to guide the discovery, exploration, building, and evaluation of digital experiences. Will ensure the team works cross-functionally with PM and Engineering to deliver high-quality work and meet deadlines. Time will be split between leading projects, mentoring team members, and advocating design thinking in all directions, expertise overseeing every project aspect and maximizing design team's potential. Work closely with the core agile team throughout the product and development lifecycle to ensure product vision is achieved and delivered. Participate in the end-to-end process from discovery, research and ideation to product launch.
