About the Role:
- You will be embedded directly with clients as their most trusted growth partner.
- Diagnose what's broken, install the strategy, and drive execution alongside the owner.
- This is high-impact, hands-on operator work that turns underperforming businesses around.
What You'll Do:
- Embed & Execute: Step directly into businesses as a high-EQ growth partner.
- Diagnose & Optimize: Rapidly identify revenue leaks, operational friction, and structural inefficiencies.
- Drive Accountability: Translate business chaos into clear action plans and hold owners accountable.
What You Bring:
- 12+ years of experience as an active CEO, President, COO, or senior operating executive.
- Proven track record of directly scaling businesses in the $5M–$35M+ range.
- Diagnostic instincts to immediately spot what's broken and prioritize what moves the needle.
Compensation & Location:
- Base Salary: $110,000; Total Earnings Potential: $182,000+ (performance-based).
- 100% Remote; eligible states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA.
