  • 12+ years of experience as an active CEO, President, COO, or senior operating executive.
  • Proven track record of directly scaling businesses in the $5M–$35M+ range.
  • Diagnostic instincts to immediately spot what's broken and prioritize what moves the needle.

Compensation & Location:

  • Base Salary: $110,000; Total Earnings Potential: $182,000+ (performance-based).
  • 100% Remote; eligible states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA.
