Job Description
As Manager, Customer Marketing for ShareGate, you’ll be the driving force behind programs that deepen customer relationships, fuel expansion and renewal, and transform satisfied users into passionate advocates. You’ll oversee the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption to upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy—making sure every initiative directly supports retention and growth.
Responsibilities include leading ShareGate’s customer lifecycle marketing programs, partnering with Account Management to drive expansion, building and scaling customer advocacy programs, developing customer communications across channels, and using insights to optimize campaigns. You will also manage and mentor a small team.
