Manager, Collections & Recoveries

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive collections performance across vendors in early and late-stage delinquency and post-charge-off recoveries.
• Monitor trends, risks, and opportunities, contributing to strategy refinement based on data insights.
• Support forecasting and performance tracking for collections and recovery channels.

Vendor Management:

• Oversee day-to-day performance of third-party subservicers and collection agencies.
• Lead recurring performance reviews and operational meetings with vendors.
• Escalate and resolve complex operational or borrower issues in partnership with vendors.

Performance Improvement:

• Partner with internal analytics teams to translate data into actionable insights and operational improvements.
• Ensure processes align with internal policies and regulatory requirements by working with Legal and Compliance.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reporting, articulating trends, drivers, and actions.
