You will be managing the Servicing Transfers team in their daily operations to ensure timely, accurate and compliant onboarding and offboarding. You will ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are up to date and accurate, and that the team follows stated SOPs while performing all job functions. Strong leadership skills are a key for this role, as you will be tasked with guiding team members across multiple simultaneous batches and job duties with immovable deadlines and competing priorities.

Lead the development and lifecycle management of the bank’s ATM sponsorship and money movement product offerings. This role is focused on enabling independent ATM deployers (IADs), ISOs, and processing partners to operate ATM fleets under the bank’s regulatory and network credentials. The role extends to money movement products including ACH, domestic wires, FedNow, and Real-Time Payments (RTP).
