Job Description
This is a critical role responsible for managing the administration of the sales commission program, ensuring accurate and timely payouts for participants. This role will have ownership of key processes administering and maintaining the monthly, quarterly, and annual Sales Compensation cycles.
You will lead the team responsible for administering the monthly commission cycle for global workforce. You will handle timely and accurate resolution of quota credit and commission inquiries, ensure sales commission software is effectively maintained, develop metrics to track inquiry resolutions, identify process improvements, ensure effective protocols are in place to validate commission payments and maintain compliance.
