Job Description
The Cloud Solution Architect will lead the design and implementation of robust, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures across diverse environments, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Akamai, and on-premise. They will drive end-to-end cloud migration initiatives for complex applications, data, and services, ensuring seamless transitions. Assessing current infrastructure and recommending comprehensive modernization strategies, leveraging cloud-native principles is crucial. The architect will develop and enforce Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates. They will also integrate compliance and robust security best practices into all architectural designs and deployment plans, while continuously evaluating and recommending optimal cloud products, tools, and edge capabilities to enhance solutions. Providing technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams is also part of the responsibilities.
