Full Stack Engineer 3

As a Full Stack Engineer 3 at BetterCloud, you will design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and PostgreSQL, playing a crucial role in building scalable, efficient, and high-performance systems. You will collaborate with Product Managers and Product Designers to define and deliver new features, as well as improve existing ones. Building and maintaining a reliable and scalable backend using Ruby (+Rails), and GraphQL is expected. You will participate in architecture and system design discussions to build a robust and scalable backend infrastructure. Continuously learning and evolving based on customer needs and feedback to ensure product improvement is imperative. You will also troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and resolve technical issues. Mentoring junior and entry level engineers will also be required.
