Real Estate Senior Tax Advisor

Areas of Responsibility:

• Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring their best interests are represented.
• Create and deliver tailored tax plans to clients, and update those plans periodically.
• Maintain strong client relationships by managing expectations and being responsive.

Measures for Success:

• Achieve an average of 9/10 on Net Promoter Score surveys.
• Deliver on promises and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in expanding the firm's technical knowledge through research and collaboration.

Expectations for Remote Work:

• Clean background with no noise or distractions.
• Business casual attire for client interactions.
• Always use video (80% of communication is non-verbal).

Required Education and Experience:

• CPA or EA Certification (CPA Preferred).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting or Tax from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of real estate and small business tax compliance and/or planning experience.
