As a Senior Marketing Engineer, you will serve as the technical bridge of our marketing organization, translating data and AI innovation directly into marketing outcomes. Your mission is to accelerate multi‑channel campaign launches, personalize content at scale, and optimize funnel conversion. You will stitch together CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools to transform data into automated lead scoring, dynamic campaigns across email, social, web, and ads, programmatic partner sourcing, and other personalized engagement strategies. These systems will empower our marketing team to run more targeted, data‑driven programs that drive pipeline and conversion.
You will partner closely with Platform Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, and Analytics to ensure that data, systems, and automation are seamlessly integrated to support scalable and innovative marketing programs. This role reports to the Director of Marketing Operations within our connected GTM Operations team. Success requires a track record of delivering solutions that elevate marketing performance, ideally within high‑growth, fast‑paced environments.
