Job Description

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered software solutions to support Greenlight’s AI initiatives across user-facing products, fraud detection, customer service automation, marketing automation, and more. Develop tools and infrastructure to support advanced AI workflows including agentic architectures as well as future work in distillation and fine-tuning. Partner with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams to bring new AI features to life quickly and iteratively. Implement and optimize prompt engineering strategies, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector stores, and chain-of-thought reasoning capabilities. Ensure robust integration of AI systems into our core architecture, with high performance and scalability. Contribute to our AI infrastructure and pipelines. Own the end-to-end lifecycle of your work—from ideation to production, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Push the boundaries of what’s possible with state-of-the-art AI technologies, working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative team.
