Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Recommendation

Role:

• We are seeking a seasoned machine learning engineer to shape personalized content discovery on an innovative, AI-driven consumer platform.
• You will own recommendation, search, and ranking systems and turn behavioral data into meaningful product improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize recommendation and search systems across personalized feeds, discovery pages, and search experiences.
• Own retrieval and ranking pipelines, including candidate generation, embedding-based retrieval, and online serving performance.
• Design and analyze end-to-end experiments to improve model quality and product outcomes.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of industry experience deploying production machine learning systems with senior-level ownership.
• Hands-on experience with recommendation or search systems for consumer-facing applications.
• Strong expertise in two-tower models, embedding-based retrieval, and ranking algorithms.
