Senior Growth Partnership Manager - Southeast Region

Role Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and strengthen partnerships with suppliers, mills, and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Travel regionally to support partner engagement, lead workshops, and troubleshoot supply challenges.
• Provide market insights and operational intelligence to internal teams and partners.

Operational Focus:

• Collaborate on system troubleshooting, process improvements, and scaling supply operations.
• Oversee a regional Coordinator by providing guidance and operational support.
• Identify opportunities to grow traceable timber throughput and new supplier relationships.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 5+ years in forestry, lumber, sawmill, or related supply chain operations with hands-on timber experience.
• Ability to engage across levels, from supplier interactions to executive discussions.
• Familiarity with log species, tree identification, timber grading, and softwood lumber markets.

Additional Details:

• Reports to VP of Supply. Role is remote/national with a preference for regional proximity.
• Requires willingness to travel regionally (5–15 days per quarter).
