Job Description
The Senior Project Manager, Clinical Nursing is responsible for the oversight of the setup, implementation, and management of decentralized clinical trial nursing projects, and/or other clinical research projects. The ideal candidate is a team player, adaptable, a problem-solver, and detail-oriented.
You will oversee the setup, execution, and closeout of both regional and global decentralized clinical trial (DCT) nursing projects. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, providing leadership to project teams, building relationships with clients, identifying and mitigating risks, and participating in business development efforts. Additionally, you'll collaborate on internal procedures, design training for clinical trial nurses, track project metrics, and escalate serious incidents.
What you'll need includes a Bachelorβs degree (health or science field preferred), 4β7 yearsβ experience in project management, clinical research, or monitoring, proficiency in Microsoft Office and clinical trial/project management software, and knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines.
