Job Description
Serve as the primary finance lead for DTC growth strategy, aligning long-term business priorities with resource allocation, revenue modeling, and performance insights. Act as a trusted advisor to the Finance Leadership team and business stakeholders, proactively highlighting risk and opportunities related to business growth. Elevate financial planning and forecasting processes, continuously improving the DTC budgeting process for accuracy. Lead, coach, and develop finance team members, serving as a cross-functional thought partner. Partner with Product, Marketing, Data, and Growth to drive strategic alignment on subscriber economics, GTM efficiency, and investment prioritization.
Bring 10+ years of progressive finance experience, with a focus on business partnership, strategic planning, and performance optimization. Have at least 3-5 years of people management experience. Possess knowledge and experience with Direct-to- Consumer Subscriber KPIs and metrics. Showcase the ability to lead teams to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth.
