Staff Delivery Lead / Technical Program Manager

We're looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager / Delivery Lead to join our Product & Engineering organisation at Pleo to help drive strategic, cross-functional programs and shape the way we deliver complex initiatives across teams. As a Staff TPM/Delivery Lead, you will lead large-scale, high-impact programs across multiple domains to deliver key business outcomes. You will partner with cross-functional leaders in Engineering, Product, Design, and Operations to align on goals, plans, and progress. You will also proactively manage dependencies, identify risks early, and ensure on-time delivery across several programs simultaneously. The role will influence and align executive stakeholders through structured communication and insights and you will coach teams and leaders on Agile best practices, driving scalable delivery processes and continuous improvement.
