Define the technical roadmap and architecture for our People SaaS ecosystem including HiBob, GreenHouse, Zinc, Contractbook and supporting tools.
Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and L&D as a trusted advisor to improve processes, clarify ownership and strengthen operational maturity.
Build and maintain integrations using APIs webhooks scheduled jobs and lightweight code to ensure accurate secure and reliable data flows
Define and execute a multi-year strategy for Enterprise Engineering, aligned with the company’s stakeholders, security, compliance, and scalability goals
Drive an “internal product mindset”—treating employees as users and delivering high-quality internal experiences
Lead the development of internal applications, portals, and workflow automation that support GTM, Finance, People, Risk, Support, and Operations teams
Drive the design, delivery, and evolution of the GenAI Core platform.
Own and evolve service architecture, APIs, and integration contracts, with a high bar for reliability and observability.
Set technical direction for key parts of the platform, including LLM routing, budget enforcement, observability pipelines, and evaluation infrastructure.
Drive initiatives to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services (we primarily use Kotlin)
Own and evolve service architecture, APIs, and data models in a financial domain with a high bar for correctness
Build and maintain integrations with external providers that enable treasury capabilities (for example, deposits), and continuously improve reliability and how we run systems in production
Drive technical direction across integration platform + delivery work, with clear trade-offs and pragmatic sequencing.
Define and raise engineering quality standards for integrations (testing expectations, reliability/monitoring, security, logging), including for work done by external developers/partners.
Lead initiatives that enable scale, like reusable patterns/tooling (e.g., IDK) and frameworks that reduce one-off implementation work.
