Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Customer Success (CS) team as a Customer Success Operations Analyst. This role supports multiple business units including Onboarding, CSMs, and Customer Engineering teams, focusing on optimizing systems, streamlining workflows, and providing insights that drive customer retention and growth.

As a Business Analyst for Customer Success, you will drive internal technology optimization by analyzing business needs, streamlining processes, and implementing technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency. You'll collaborate across teams to improve workflows and support effectiveness.

As the Customer Success Systems and Data Analyst, you will manage Gainsight, analyze data, track KPIs, and coordinate customer success projects. This role will drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and retention through operational excellence and data-driven decision-making. You will work closely with the Gainsight Administrator to optimize processes that support the overall customer journey.
