Order-to-Cash Product Owner

The Role:

• Own the Order-to-Cash application portfolio as a product, with a clear roadmap, prioritised backlog, and honest view of what gets built and why.
• Work with Billing, Deal Desk, Pricing, Finance, and Sales to balance competing needs and make decisions.

What You'll Do:

• Manage demand, design end-to-end processes, and deliver large changes from requirements through UAT and release.
• Work with engineers to translate business needs into clear requirements, and own functional testing and sign-off.
• Protect billing integrity, manage vendor relationships, and support tooling decisions for CPQ and CLM.

What You'll Bring:

• 8+ years in business applications with deep quote-to-cash or order-to-cash experience.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ, billing, and ERP platforms such as Zuora, NetSuite, Salesforce CPQ, HubSpot Quotes, or Chargebee.
• Strong stakeholder management, product ownership experience, and Agile delivery leadership.
