Social Worker - Outpatient Mental Health Psychotherapist (LMSW)

Rivia Mind Psychotherapists provide clinical social work services and psychotherapy to patients through a primarily telehealth environment, leveraging clinical experience and a diverse knowledge base to provide quality care. This role requires expertise in Psychotherapy modalities like CBT, MI, and DBT to provide reliable, quality care. Job responsibilities include providing clinical care consistent with Rivia Mind’s culture, maintaining a weekly standard of 31-33 patient sessions, conducting intake evaluations, developing treatment plans, providing clinical support, and counseling diverse patient populations. Additionally, the role involves complying with clinical standards, participating in supervision groups and trainings, and promoting a collaborative work environment. Weekly group supervision, frequent 1:1 meetings, weekly education meetings, and optional psychiatrist-led office hours are included.
