Contracts Specialist

This role in the Legal Services department supports the Company’s core business by executing day to day tasks for the successful movement and completion of legal, business-wide projects, and administrative tasks through the development, facilitation, and maintenance of all contractual agreements and documentation across the global enterprise. In addition, this role will liaise with various teams including Commercial, Operations, Compliance, Data Privacy, Finance, and clients. Duties include maintaining department contracts tracker, filing contracts and legal documents, tracking invoices, managing expiring contracts, maintaining legal process documents, and supporting the Legal Services Department. The role will also involve corporate contract review, negotiation, and maintenance, including negotiating terms with clients and tracking agreements.
