Senior Agentic AI Engineer

Design & Development:

• Build and maintain AI SDLC pipelines, tooling, and automation logic across the development lifecycle.
• Implement agentic AI patterns, multi-agent workflows, and intelligent task automation with tools like Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot.

Research & Experimentation:

• Evaluate emerging agentic AI models, frameworks, and toolkits to benchmark scalability and reliability.
• Build POCs and prototypes to propose optimal designs based on hands-on research and clear trade-off analysis.

Consulting & Collaboration:

• Work with product teams, architects, and clients to define requirements and shape agentic AI solutions.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and guide clients on AI tool adoption.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years as a Software Engineer with 1 year of extensive AI Agentic Systems experience.
• Strong practical development experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or Go, with hands-on experience in AI architectures.
