Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and execute roadmap for the Personnel area, focusing on automating employee lifecycle workflows and linking personnel data to compliance.
- Lead the exploration and development of agentic AI workflows to proactively identify and remediate compliance risks based on people data.
Required Experience:
- 6–8 years of B2B SaaS product management with a track record in enterprise contexts and multi-stakeholder buying.
- Technical fluency with APIs, HRIS integrations, and data infrastructure to partner effectively on complex systems decisions.
- Proven experience building AI-powered products and a strong foundation in structured thinking and customer-centric discovery.
