Key Responsibilities:

Define product vision and execute roadmap for the Personnel area, focusing on automating employee lifecycle workflows and linking personnel data to compliance.
Lead the exploration and development of agentic AI workflows to proactively identify and remediate compliance risks based on people data.

Required Experience:

6–8 years of B2B SaaS product management with a track record in enterprise contexts and multi-stakeholder buying.
Technical fluency with APIs, HRIS integrations, and data infrastructure to partner effectively on complex systems decisions.
Proven experience building AI-powered products and a strong foundation in structured thinking and customer-centric discovery.
