Senior NPI Engineer

As we focus on developing the latest and greatest devices, it is imperative to add to and build up the NPI team to launch new products and sustain existing designs at all stages of their lifecycle. This role will be integral in supporting new and existing CMs to qualify designs for mass production, drive root-cause/corrective action plans to recover devices stranded in quarantine, manage continuous improvement to increase yield and/or lower costs in production, and own the NPI cycle for quality-of-life design changes that support the vitality of our existing products.
