Flock Safety is seeking a Senior NPI Engineer to join our NPI Engineering team to launch new products and sustain existing designs. This role supports new and existing CMs to qualify designs for mass production, drives root-cause/corrective action plans to recover stranded devices, manages continuous improvement, and owns the NPI cycle for quality-of-life design changes.
