Responsibilities:

  • Plans, organizes, leads, and carries out large or complex acquisition projects under the direction of the PM-SL Ammunition Acquisition Program Manager (APM).
  • Maintains awareness of all USSOCOM component munitions requirements and advises/assists with requirements generation.
  • Maximizes cost, schedule, and performance outcomes for all stakeholders through collaboration and project management tenets.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Must be a U. S. Citizen with an active U.S. Dept. of Defense TS/SCI security clearance.
  • 4+ years of experience with SOF requirements development, acquisition program management, force modernization, or DoD capability development.
  • 10+ years of combat systems employment at the tactical/operational level, to include leading and training Special Operations Forces (SOF) units.
