Lead end-to-end design efforts—from product discovery and ideation to prototyping, testing, and handoff. Drive continuous discovery: conduct user interviews, map jobs-to-be-done, and turn insights into product hypotheses. Design AI-powered workflows, including agentic chat, dashboards, and creative breakdown reports, optimized for clarity, trust, and speed to insight. Translate complex data and ML outputs into intuitive, accessible visuals (e.g. heatmaps, narrative summaries, visual comparisons). Prototype in tools like Figma, Framer, or lightweight code to de-risk ideas quickly and iterate fast. Establish and maintain design guidelines to ensure scalability and consistency across the product.
