Physical Security – Facilities Lead

About the Role:

• Lead classified design, construction, and accreditation of Galleons for the U.S. Defense sector.
• Turn ICD 705, DoDM 5205.07, and NISPOM standards into repeatable secure-build configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own physical construction and accreditation requirements for SCIFs, SAPFs, and collateral areas.
• Author Construction Security Plans, Fixed Facility Checklists, and accreditation submittals.
• Drive accreditation from design through inspection, remediation, and operational approval.

Qualifications:

• Active U.S. Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required.
• 12+ years in physical/industrial security or secure-facility construction, with 5+ years hands-on in SCIF/SAPF accreditation.
• Demonstrated ability to apply ICD 705 to drawings and field conditions, and serve as liaison to government security authorities.
