Pharmacy Operations Partner

Montu is growing fast, and so is their network of pharmacy partners. As a Pharmacy Operations Partner (POP), you’ll be the go-to person for both new and existing pharmacy partners, building strong relationships and ensuring operational standards are upheld across the network. You’ll coordinate pharmacy onboarding, monitor service levels, support day-to-day processes, and look for ways to improve how we work together. You will building and maintaining trusted relationships with pharmacy partners and also supporting the rollout and onboarding of new pharmacies, including training and documentation. You will also be working closely with partners to optimize workflows and improve efficiency monitoring service levels and addressing issues. The role also includes visiting pharmacy sites to strengthen relationships and provide hands-on support where needed and you will be maintaining accurate records of workflows, processes, and pharmacy performance. You'll also be identifying opportunities to improve compliance and implement better processes, supporting your team with data dashboards and handling day-to-day requests.
