Seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our team in Latin America. This role is crucial for guiding our development teams in effectively applying the Scrum framework. Ensuring high-quality deliveries and fostering collaborative, self-organized, and highly productive work environments are key. As an agile leader with a results-oriented mindset, process facilitation skills, and a passion for continuous improvement, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities include leading Scrum implementation, facilitating agile events, managing schedules, removing impediments, anticipating delays, and collaborating with the Product Manager. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Systems Engineering or related field, 5+ years of experience in a Scrum Master role, knowledge of object-oriented architecture and microservices, and experience with tools like GitHub, Jira, and Confluence.
