About the Role/Specialty:

This role drives AI strategy from a product perspective across Productivity's user journeys.
A core focus is toolifying existing functionality so LLMs and agents can use it.

What you’ll do (responsibilities):

Identify where ML/AI creates the most value across user journeys.
Set technical patterns and standards for ML/AI application.
Mentor engineers and raise the craft of applied ML engineering.

What we're looking for:

Hands-on experience applying ML/AI to production product problems.
Method-agnostic, comfortable with both classical models and latest techniques.
Pragmatic, focused on shipping useful solutions over perfect models.
