Infrastructure Engineer

This is a unique opportunity to help us build, scale, and harden the infrastructure that powers everything at Haus — from machine learning pipelines to real-time collaboration and data products. You’ll work closely with our security, platform, and product teams to ensure our infrastructure is performant, resilient, and secure. We’re looking for a pragmatic engineer who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys working across the stack (infra, tools, systems), and can lead with clarity as we grow. If you love shipping clean infrastructure, automating the boring stuff, and scaling platforms that developers actually enjoy using — this role is for you. In addition to core infrastructure, you’ll help drive developer productivity by shaping the internal tools, environments, and workflows that accelerate shipping across the org. You’ll remove friction from day-to-day engineering, define golden paths, and help us scale a platform that feels fast, safe, and empowering to use.
