Staff Software Engineer

Position Summary:

• Critical role designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver scalable products.
• Provide expertise and leadership to guide team in best practices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, and debug software applications; develop APIs for performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Identify and troubleshoot software defects, and guide AI tooling best practices.

Minimum Education & Experience:

• 0+ years professional experience with production-scale applications, APIs, and distributed systems.
• 4+ years of experience in Golang, Kubernetes, and scalable API design.
• Proven technical leadership driving design reviews and architecture decisions for teams of 5+ engineers.
