Job Description
This role involves building foundational AI tooling for agent experiences, observability mechanisms, and evaluation tooling, primarily using TypeScript. It requires designing and implementing data-driven feedback loops, identifying tooling gaps, and collaborating with engineers across product, infrastructure, and data teams. Experimentation with emerging LLMs and retrieval strategies will also be a key aspect of the role, which includes shaping how AI is implemented at Zapier and ensuring capabilities are scalable, reliable, and easy to use.
