Job Description
Lead the development and execution of integrated strategies that align government affairs, and market access objectives to support Illuminaβs mission across Central Europe. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders including government ministries, health authorities, HTA bodies, payers, and regulatory institutions. Shape national policy and reimbursement environments to support sustainable patient access to innovative genomic testing. Lead the development of country-specific access strategies, incorporating policy, pricing, and evidence generation elements.
Engage with HTA agencies and payers to articulate the clinical and economic value of genomics, adapting global value dossiers to local contexts. Identify evidence gaps and coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Medical Affairs, Patient Advocacy, Comms, and Regulatory) to support local evidence generation and publications. Strong networking capabilities are essential across the region.
