People Lead IT (m/w/d)

As a People Lead (m/w/d) you are responsible for four cross-functional IT teams from the platform and network area. The work can be done partly in the home office. You support and are responsible for the personal and professional development of the employees through regular employee discussions and methods such as 360-degree feedback. You implement decisions in your area of responsibility and promote an innovation-focused corporate culture. You also take over the strategic personnel planning and ensuring resource management for your area, in coordination with the overall IT control. In doing so, you support various HR processes throughout the entire employee life cycle. You monitor KPIs and create reports for corporate management in order to keep the IT director up to date and to be able to constantly improve the work of your teams. Creating a positive working atmosphere and team spirit is important to you, and you manage conflicts with the help of various approaches.
