Sr. Manager, Product Design

As a member of the User Experience team, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of work, making our category-leading collaboration and work management platform intuitive, elegant, and future-forward. You’ll lead a team of designers, researchers and partners to define and execute strategic initiatives that aim to evolve Smartsheet to an entirely new era of user experience. This role requires a mastery of leading from within the trenches, framing new perspectives, cross-functional partnership, and high-caliber craft. UX leaders at Smartsheet work within a pod team of product management, engineering, product design, ux research and content design. This role will work with a fair amount of complexity and ambiguity. They will have the ability to impart great change and impact within the company, as well as with our customers, some of the largest organizations in the world. This is not a pure management role, UX leaders at all levels up to VP at Smartsheet are expected to not only lead, but perform a player/coach role where they will actively work in Figma alongside designers and partners when needed.
