- Develop advanced Autodesk Civil 3D models and complete civil/site design for various projects.
- Prepare earthwork calculations, surface models, and QTOs; build accurate existing-condition surfaces.
- Manage coordinate systems, data transformations, and lifecycle data management.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in client meetings and coordinate model/data exchange with internal teams and external consultants.
- Create and manage 3D federated models using Autodesk and Bentley tools.
- Develop, update, and enforce BIM/CAD standards; conduct QA/QC reviews; and provide training and workflow guidance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or eight (8) years in the AEC industry with BIM, VDC, or construction technology experience or demonstrated equivalency.
- Proficient in industry‑standard design and construction software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
