Project:
- Build a private cloud platform for a Dutch managed services provider serving public-sector customers in Western Europe.
- Work on new services and Kubernetes operators, migrating existing workloads and maintaining the live platform.
Role:
- Design, develop, test and deploy back-end services in Go.
- Write and maintain Kubernetes operators and controllers, and build CI/CD pipelines in GitLab.
- Collaborate with architects and designers, review code, and document technical decisions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of commercial back-end development, with at least 2 years in Go.
- Experience with Go concurrency, REST/gRPC services, GitLab CI/CD, and containerized applications on Linux.
- English at B2 or higher, used daily in design discussions and code review.
Additional Skills:
- Kubernetes operators/controllers in Go, Python with Pytest, Robot Framework, Helm, Kustomize, GitOps, Vault, Terraform, or CKA/CKAD are a plus.
