As a Technical Recruiter, you will partner with hiring managers and the VP of People to understand hiring needs and team culture. Responsibilities include building a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through sourcing and networking, conducting screening interviews, and guiding candidates through the recruitment process. You will leverage data and metrics to improve recruitment performance and act as an ambassador for our employer brand.
