New Care Coordinator Onboarding & Enrollment

As a core member of the clinical team, you will take pride in supporting our mission and drive towards achievement of our member acquisition goals by verifying real time eligibility and ensuring each onboarding appointment is well prepared. You will have access to ongoing training and support from a GI focused team to help you develop an expertise with eligibility and insurance processes and digestive health conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of care providers (including MDs, NPs, RDs, Behavioral Health Providers) to provide a whole-person approach to member care. Drive achievement of member acquisition targets by supporting a high volume of new members in enrolling and scheduling their first appointment through use of various channels.
