Job Description
Ambrook has grown 10x in the last six months and is looking for a specialist who can turn paid and organic traffic into pipeline. As the Growth Marketing Lead, you'll manage paid media agencies and budgets, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and the post-click experience. This includes landing pages, lead capture, onboarding, and checkout flows.
You'll report to the Head of Growth and collaborate with sales and product teams. Responsibilities include performance marketing, conversion infrastructure, agency management, attribution & analytics, and cross-functional CRO enablement. Within the first month, you'll optimize paid channels, improve the CRO stack, establish working rhythms, dive into customer research, and refine reporting. Within three months, you'll launch experiments to improve CVR, deliver gains in CAC efficiency, roll out new paid channels, map lead-to-revenue attribution, and share learnings in a blog post.
