Job Description
Sibill is searching for a CRM Manager to take full ownership of Sibill’s CRM strategy, designing and optimising automated lifecycle flows (onboarding, retention, cross/upselling, win-back) and managing a structured testing plan. You will define clear CRM goals and KPIs, track performance, and continuously refine initiatives to maximise engagement, loyalty, and business impact.
You will implement multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, in-app notifications, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms, ensuring consistency, relevance, and measurable results. You will also safeguard database health and campaign quality, overseeing deliverability, calendar planning and reporting.
