Job Description

Sibill is searching for a CRM Manager to take full ownership of Sibill’s CRM strategy, designing and optimising automated lifecycle flows (onboarding, retention, cross/upselling, win-back) and managing a structured testing plan. You will define clear CRM goals and KPIs, track performance, and continuously refine initiatives to maximise engagement, loyalty, and business impact. You will implement multi-channel CRM campaigns across email, in-app notifications, WhatsApp, and other messaging platforms, ensuring consistency, relevance, and measurable results. You will also safeguard database health and campaign quality, overseeing deliverability, calendar planning and reporting. In this role, you will be working within a team of smart, hard-working, passionate, and nice human beings.
